At Allied Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research products and excellent customer service. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review each case and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has shipped and tracking is provided, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.
Allied Peptides is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed.
After that time, the order is considered final and will be processed for shipment.

No refunds will be issued for buyer’s remorse or improper handling of products after delivery.
